Vilnius City Mayor appeared in advertisements for driving armored eradicate illegal parking. Mayor of Vilnius, capital of Lithuania has a unique way to prevent illegal parking in the city he leads.

In movie recording, the Mayor Arturas Zuokas use military vehicles to run over cars parked haphazardly.

"That will happen if you park illegally," said Arturas Zuokas, the footage published in Vilnius City website.

The show was performed throughout the weekend on the popular television series in Sweden, "99 Things You Should Do Before You Die".

"Vilnius seemed friendly, modern and full of surprises - like the mayor," as published in the City of Vilnius City website quoted the Swedish television broadcaster Macka Edlund.

In the video, check Zuokas car owner, and remove broken glass from a car wreck and go ride a bike - a scenario that makes the cyclists happy.

"You must have a sense of humor in the work and I think this could be a step to draw attention to the fact that city government be proactive to combat illegal parking," said Zuokas to Small World News Service.

BBC reporter speaking Russian in Vilnius, Aushra Radzeviciute, said illegal parking was not a big problem in town, but on the streets in the downtown park illegally banned.

Zuokas encourage city residents to cycling, and introduce various kinds of bicycles and advocate for cycling in between work time.
